PurpleQR is operated by SAASCAPES Software Private Limited. Every new PurpleQR account includes a 7-day free trial with full access to all Pro features and no payment details required. We encourage you to use the trial to make sure PurpleQR fits your needs before subscribing.

You can cancel your subscription at any time from Dashboard → Subscription. Cancelling stops future renewals; your Pro access continues until the end of the billing period you have already paid for. We do not charge cancellation fees.

Because the free trial lets you fully evaluate the Service, subscription payments are generally non-refundable and we do not provide prorated refunds for unused time in a monthly or annual period.

We will issue a full refund if:

• you were charged in error, or charged twice for the same period;
• a technical fault on our side prevented you from using the Service for a significant part of the period and we could not fix it within a reasonable time; or
• a refund is required by the consumer protection law of your country.

If you are unhappy for any other reason, email us within 14 days of your first payment and we will review the request in good faith.

Email support@purpleqr.com from the address on your account with the invoice number or payment date. We reply within 3 business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method; it may take 5–10 business days to appear depending on your bank.

When a payment is refunded, the account returns to the free tier: static QR codes keep working, dynamic QR codes and hosted pages are paused until a new subscription starts. Nothing is deleted.

Please contact us before opening a dispute with your bank — most issues are resolved faster that way. Accounts with unresolved chargebacks may be suspended.
